Meet the Support Staff

Angela Main graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Comparative Literature and from Texas Woman’s University with a Master of Library Science Degree.  She then went on to earn her teaching license in New Mexico and is endorsed in library media, TESOL, and language arts.  This is Mrs. Main’s seventh year with APS and first year at Zuni. She loves reading and sharing amazing books with students, as well as learning about and teaching students to use different forms of technology that help them find information. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and dog, hiking, and eating good food. Mrs. Main is very excited to be at Zuni and is always ready to help students and family to meet their literary needs.

Suzanne Lindberg: This is my 2nd year at Zuni.  I have a BS in Elementary Ed, an MA in Educational Technology (both from UNM).  I have taught for 16+ years in middle and elementary schools, with 8 of those as a Tech Coordinator/Computer Teacher.  I grew up in Alaska, and still love being in the mountains and outdoors.  I am very happy to be working at Zuni with such capable staff and amazing students! My goal is to ensure that ALL students at Zuni are comfortable and capable tech users, and that they use their skills to create and collaborate with their peers and beyond.

Coach Levi: Welcome to the gym!

I am Coach Levi and am the Physical Education teacher here at Zuni. I am originally from Mesa/Scottsdale, Arizona and am loving my time here in Albuquerque. I followed the footsteps of my father by graduating from Northern Arizona University. My wife and I are the proud parents of 2 awesome children, ages 2 and 1. 2016-2017 will be my 2nd year at Zuni.

In PE, the main goal is that students are safe in all aspects. Parents, please help us keep our students safe by sending your child to school with proper footwear that they can run in. This also helps protect the gym floor, their ankles, toes, and feet. Also, be mindful of earrings and other articles of clothing that can possibly create safety issues. If your child has struggles tying his/her shoe, please continue to help him/her with that. If there is a health concern that I need to know about that would hinder PE activity, please make me aware so we can prevent possible injuries.

Comments, questions, concerns, please email me. I would love to hear from you.

Let's move!
